We have first-hand experience in all areas of golf course design, construction, management, operation, and maintenance. In addition to our design experience the principals of the firm have first hand golf course management and operation experience. This experience includes revenue and expense projections; preparation of pro forma financial statements; market assessments; and long range capital improvement program planning.
We also have experience in the design and planning of large scale public park areas including picnic areas, boat launches, beaches, camping facilities, shelters, and trails.
