DAVID GILL & STEVEN HALBERG LIMITED was retained to prepare a Long Range Master Development and Modification Plan for the 36 hole golf course.

The planning process included developing a GolfSWOT analysis, evaluating the existing golf course's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

The modification plans built on the strengths , mitigated threats, and addressed and strengthened the weaknesses.

The long range master planning process included the following tasks:

 

 

 

 

 

 

• prepare a written SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,
  and threats) for each golf hole and the overall golf course. The SWOT analysis addresses the playability of each golf hole including
  shot value from tee to landing areas and greens, the difficulty, character, and challenge of each hole.
• prepare two alternatives or schematic master plans and a five-year implementation strategy
• prepare estimates of costs for the implementation of the various
  components identified in the master plan alternatives.
